At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We carefully inspect and package each item before shipping to ensure you receive quality products.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us a clear photo of the damaged item. We will mail out a replacement to you at no additional cost.

How do I report a damaged item?

Simply email us with your order number and a photo clearly showing the damage. Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
